Premier Barbers has been cutting in the Foothill Marketplace since 2015 — a long room with red walls, a wood floor, and a row of chairs that stays busy from nine in the morning.

The work is fades, tapers and edge-ups, beard shaping, freehand designs, and the reclined straight-razor service the shop is named for. Walk in any day of the week. If you'd rather not wait, three dollars puts you in the book.
